SALEM, Ohio — Broadway in Chicago will have an important presence at this year’s Going On Faith Conference: They will be helping all of the delegates unlock their hotel room doors. That’s because every delegate’s room key is being sponsored by Broadway in Chicago and will be branded with its message.
The idea came about when Gemma Mulvihill of Broadway in Chicago was looking for ways to tell religious and church groups about upcoming shows that have special religious interest.
“Gemma hit on the idea that a room key to every delegate with the Broadway in Chicago message would gain recognition and give delegates something to talk about,” said Jennifer Ferguson of The Group Travel Family, parent company of the Going on Faith Conference.
Church groups will want to book tickets to “Amazing Grace,” a world premiere musical based on the true story of the world’s most beloved hymn. The show will run October 9 through November 2 at Broadway in Chicago. Contact Broadway in Chicago at 312-977-1710.
