ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Travel Alliance Partners (TAP) has announced a new SpecTAPular event for 2015 that will re-create the summer nights of 1922 described by F. Scott Fitzgerald in his novel “The Great Gatsby.”
The event, September 13-16, will be held on Mackinac Island, Michigan, and will include three nights of accommodations in the Grand Hotel, a daily five-course dinner, nightly demitasse and evening entertainment and horse-drawn taxi between the hotel and the island’s ferry docks.
The event was created by founding TAP partner Sue Biggs of Custom Holidays and will be marketed to the client bases of the 30 TAP tour operator members.
