SALEM, Ohio — Meet the newest member of The Group Travel Family: Zack Grimm. Grimm recently came on board as a customer service specialist and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group travel industry.
“Zack is an impressive person who understands how important groups are to destinations and hotels alike,” said Group Travel Family sales manager Jennifer Ferguson. “He brings a real service attitude to his position.”
Grimm is a Muskingum University graduate with a degree in business management and marketing and earned four varsity letters in football for the Fighting Muskies.
