Cheyenne Chicken Recipe

1 lb boneless veal steaks

1 lb pork steak

1 beaten egg

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs

1.) Cut steaks in 1 inch cubes.

2.) Mix egg and milk.

3.) Alternate pieces of veal and pork on 6 skewers.

4.) Dip in egg mix then crumbs.

5.) Brown in hot oil.

6.) Put in baking pan.

7.) Add 1 inch water.

8.) Cover and bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
