The Group Travel Leader is taking a trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and we want you to come with us!
Our friends at Visit Myrtle Beach are arranging a student and youth travel familiarization tour of their popular coastal destination, and they’re inviting our student travel planner readers to attend. The tour will take place April 21–24 and will include visits to some of the most exciting and educational attractions in Myrtle Beach and other locales along the Grand Strand.
You’ll join our founder Mac Lacy and Ashley DeLucia, our advertising sales manager, as they explore the area with our Myrtle Beach hosts.
Highlights of the four-day tour will include:
• Murrells Inlet Eco-Tour — Join a naturalist for a cruise around Murrells Inlet to discover the area’s amazing marine life.
• Brookgreen Gardens — Marvel at the nature and sculpture of this former plantation that has become one of the South’s premier botanical and art destinations.
• Broadway at the Beach — Catch the excitement of world-class attractions, live theater, exciting restaurants and plenty of shops in this one-of-a-kind development.
• Ripley’s Aquarium — Come face to face with sea creatures from all over the world and discover a wealth of educational opportunities for your student groups.
• Fresh Seafood — Enjoy the bounty of the Atlantic at some of Myrtle Beach’s best group restaurants.
Your hotel accommodations, meals, admissions and other expenses will be hosted by Visit Myrtle Beach. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the region.
You can apply to attend this FAM tour at grouptravelleader.com/mb-fam. Space is limited, and applications close February 27.
