ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — Palladin Tour and Travel has seen a lot of change in the group travel industry in its 20-year history. However, there has been one constant — groups want to travel and the group leader makes the decisions.
Palladin is a family-owned company located in the Atlantic City area that opened in 1991 specializing in the New Jersey gaming center. As the casino industry began to evolve in other states, so did Palladin.
But one thing remains the same, the family who runs Palladin. “Whether you speak with our mother, Judith, or my sister Amy, groups always receive great customer service,” said Jennifer Hopkins George of Palladin.
Palladin has been working with Group Leaders of America (GLAMER) to bring better tour selection and value to group leaders.
“Palladin Tours is well known to GLAMER group leaders for its gaming packages and it is working now to create cruise packages that are of the same exceptional value,” said Tammy Knox of GLAMER.
In 2012, Palladin will be branching out into the group cruise market to offer preformed groups a casino gaming experience on the water.
Palladin will attend GLAMER Chapter Meetings to reach out to group leaders and has also invited their groups to attend GLAMER.
“We appreciate the confidence that Palladin has in GLAMER, encourage groups to look over their cruise packages and thank Palladin for inviting their groups to attend GLAMER,” said Charlie Presley of GLAMER.
“Whether you choose one of our overnight casino excursions, an exciting headline matinee show or a weeklong casino cruise adventure, you will always be treated with top-notch customer service, peace of mind your tour is planned by our experienced and knowledgeable staff, and most of all, beautiful memories to last a lifetime for your group,” said George.
Palladin Tour and Travel is a member in good standing with American Bus Association, where George sits on the board of directors, and can be reached at
