The Group Travel Leader’s staff plans to attend three more conferences this winter, so we hope to see you there! Coming up first is the BankTravel Conference in Memphis, Tenn.
This conference is for bank loyalty directors to sit down with travel industry members for new travel ideas and partnerships. It will be held at the Memphis Marriott on Feb. 7-9. Attendees will not only experience the Marketplaces, but also the opening social event at Graceland.
Also in February, Kelly Tyner, our director of sales and marketing, will travel to Knoxville, Tenn., for the Heartland Travel Showcase. The event on Feb. 24-26 will bring together hundreds of suppliers and tour operators at prescheduled appointments to promote the Heartland region.
In March, the staff will travel to the Travel South Showcase in Louisville, Ky. The event invites tour operators to meet with Southern travel suppliers to network and plan future trips to the region. The March 4-7 conference will include events at the Muhammad Ali Center, the Kentucky Derby Museum, the Hard Rock Café and the Galt House.
