The Story of Ancient Lore Village
Ancient Lore Village was born from a dream to create a place where guests could immerse themselves in a world of story and disconnect from the stress of life. Based on his book, Bokee’s Trek: Outcasts to Inner Earth, our founder envisioned a place where people from all walks of life and backgrounds could gather in peace and unity, in a place where only good exists. Since its inception, the Village has grown into a vibrant hub for families, couples and adventurers alike, eager to experience its charm.
Discovering the Village: Bus Tours
One of the best ways to experience the magic of Ancient Lore Village is through our guided bus tours. Each tour takes you on a journey through our captivating landscape, highlighting the village’s enchanting architecture and gardens. Knowledgeable guides weave tales of Bokee’s Trek, making each step an adventure. End your tour with a delicious lunch and a visit to our gift shop. Maybe even try your hand at archery or axe throwing!

New Lodging Options: Treehouses and Pet-Friendly Dwellings
Our quaint Village accommodates a total of 48 sleeping guests on-site. With two separate areas of lodging on the property, Village Gardens and our newly opened Elven Grove, we provide 14 separate dwellings with 18 private bedrooms and bathrooms total.
At Elven Grove, enjoy the quieter side of the Village! With 5 towering treehouses tucked in next to our enchanted forest you’ll discover some beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains!
For those traveling with furry companions, our new pet-friendly dwellings are a perfect choice! These charming family accommodations allow you to bring your pet along, making it easy to create lasting memories with the whole family. With plenty of outdoor space for pets to roam, you can enjoy the best of both worlds — nature and comfort.
