Yes
What restrictions or limitations are currently in effect in your state?
Group gathering sizes are limited to no more than 50 people. Effective June 26, the state of Nevada required the wearing of masks or face coverings that cover both the nose and mouth for all Nevadans and visitors when in a public space. The mandate includes exemptions for those with medical breathing issues or disabilities that make mask use impractical, as well as for children ages 2 – 9. Businesses have the right to ask any patron to leave if they are not following the directive. Venues open with capacity restrictions are restaurants, fitness centers, pools, spa salons, museums, movie theaters, bowling alleys and indoor malls. Restaurants cannot seat parties greater than six people. Buffets remain closed or have been repurposed with wait staff service. Live performance events are not permitted with spectators. Bars, pubs, taverns, breweries and wineries are to remain closed to mitigate crowds however, alcohol can be served to patrons in restaurants and on the casino floor.
