What are your new COVID sanitation programs/policies and procedures?

All staff are wearing masks and gloves (where appropriate). Seating is a 50% capacity, with social distancing in place. Fresh Food Bar (buffet) is open with guests wearing disposable gloves to serve themselves, however, a full menu is also available to order meals individually. Our high sanitation practices have been increased to follow CDC guidelines.
