On September 4, 2020 North Carolina will move into Phase 2.5 which allows Museums and Aquariums to open at 50% capacity! Mass gatherings have increased to 25 indoor and 50 outdoor. Mask are still required when social distancing is not an option. Indoor entertainment facilities like movies theaters and nightclubs, as well as bars remain closed.
