Your Adventure Awaits!

Adventure awaits at Northern Kentucky’s two leading attractions: the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Ark Encounter

Located just off I-75 in Williamstown, the Ark Encounter is famous for its life-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the biblical dimensions. Inside this massive timber-frame structure are three decks of fascinating exhibits covering subjects such as animal kinds, how many animals would have needed to fit on the biblical ark, flood geology, the ice age, and much more.

The Ark Encounter attraction also features a boatload of activities outside the exhibit areas. From included experiences like the Ararat Ridge Zoo, Rainbow Gardens, carousel, children’s playground, and presentations in the Answers Center to add-on activities like zip-lining, a virtual reality experience, and behind-the-scenes animal encounters (not to mention the various dining options and gift shops), there is so much to do and something for everyone to enjoy! You’ll also enjoy our new Welcome Center (opening early 2026), which is beautifully themed to look like an ancient building and will include a café and gift shop area.

Creation Museum

The Creation Museum, located off the Petersburg exit near the CVG airport, offers a treasure trove of information and exciting experiences—along with dining options and various gift shops.

Inside the museum, detailed exhibits examine worldview, walk you through biblical history, reveal dinosaur skeletons and sculptures, explore identity with our new Radiance exhibit, and so much more! The planetarium (additional ticket required) takes you on a journey through the known universe, and other shows and presentations, including a film in the special effects theater, enhance your visit.

The museum grounds also have much to offer with botanical gardens and paved trails, the recently renovated and expanded Creation Zoo, the new Butterfly House (open seasonally, additional ticket required), a massive conservatory complex featuring plants of the Bible, a children’s playground, and add-on zip-lining options.

If You Haven’t Been Recently, You Haven’t Been!

At the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, we’re constantly updating and expanding to provide our guests with the best experience possible during their visit. In the past few years, we’ve opened brand-new exhibits, added attractions within the attractions, and welcomed more animal varieties to our zoos—just to name a few changes. So even if your group has visited in the past, there’s something new (or lots of new things) to experience during your next visit.

We hope to see you soon at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Plan your visit today at ArkEncounter.com and CreationMuseum.org.
