The site assesses and organizes tour information, bookings, passenger communications, marketing materials and other relevant information for a Collette tour.

Once a group planner has booked a tour with Collette, a simple account registration gives them access to the Gateway’s various features, including My Tours, which gives trip details. The planner can also access other booking details like the reservation summary, flight itinerary, customer activities, passenger communications and marketing tools.
Other benefits include a professional profile, news on Colette’s latest travel offers, product videos and Dream Destinations, a feature that displays the countries passengers are most interested in traveling to on an interactive map.
Collette is offering a series of free online training sessions on January 23, February 6, February 20, March 6 and March 20.
