ORLANDO, Fla. – Group leaders struggling to find enough travelers to fill a tour can turn to Custom and Affinity Tours Exchange (CAFFTEX) for help. CAFFTEX’s new site www.cafftex.com is an online group travel exchange service where group tour organizers give travel agents an opportunity to book their undersold trips.
“We are not a tour operator, travel agency or DMC,” said Zlatko Stoparic, founder and president of CAFFTEX. “Our mission is simply to help travel agents and other special interest group tour organizers who have not been able to secure the necessary number of bookings to meet the departure requirements, to find potential participants from around the world at nominal cost.”
Consumers browsing the site will be advised to contact their travel consultant, since only group travel organizers and travel agents can book the tours. The site provides a Design Your Tour service to help develop itineraries for special interest groups that can be promoted on CAFFTEX.
