SALEM, Ohio — Meet the newest member of The Group Travel Family: Zack Grimm. Grimm recently came on board as a customer service specialist and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group travel industry.

“Zack is an impressive person who understands how important groups are to destinations and hotels alike,” said Group Travel Family sales manager Jennifer Ferguson. “He brings a real service attitude to his position.”

Grimm is a Muskingum University graduate with a degree in business management and marketing and earned four varsity letters in football for the Fighting Muskies.
