Crystal-clear coves, rocky cliffs and Renaissance towns line Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast. Groups can kayak, bike and relax their way along the picturesque shore with Austin Adventures’ “Croatia – Dalmatian Coast Adventure.”
The six-day itinerary begins at Hvar Town where guests can explore the town’s Venetian Renaissance architecture. From there, participants kayak the quiet waters around the Pakleni Otoci islands.
A private boat then takes the tour to Korcula to bike the island’s vineyard and olive-clad hills. During their stay, guests can unwind at the beach at Lunbarda and learn how to bake a sweet and savory burek pastry at the home of a local chef. The burek pastry is the breakfast of choice for the region’s farmers and fisherman.
The last day is spent in Dubrovnik, a charming Renaissance town filled with history and coastal beauty.
Visitors lodge at the Hotel Adriana in Hvar Town for the first two nights. The hotel features a rooftop salt-water swimming pool and spa for guests to enjoy after a day of touring. For the last three nights, the group stays at the four-star Hotel Marco Polo on the island of Korcula. Near the center of town, the hotel offers an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts and wellness center.
