WINTERSET, Iowa — The Iowa Quilt Museum, scheduled to open in Winterset in May, will offer three to four changing exhibits annually of vintage and new American quilts.
The museum will be housed in a historic building on the town square in Winterset, which is the birthplace of John Wayne and home to the John Wayne Museum.
It is also the county seat of Madison County, home of the bridges of Madison County.
