Mystic Country Connecticut launches the Antiques Trail

MYSTIC, Connecticut — The Eastern ConnecticutRegional Tourism District, marketed as Mystic Country, has released Antiques Trail, a traveler’s guide to antiquing in eastern Connecticut.
The Mystic Country Antiques Trail offers 30 of the region’s treasure-filled shops to enjoy antiquing while also exploring the history of the region.

The new Antiques Trail is organized by town, from Stonington and Old Lyme along the coastline, to Woodstock and Putnam in the northeast corner of the state. The guide provides places to dine, trails to walk, sights to see and opportunities to explore alongside a diverse variety of antique shops.

“The Mystic Country Antiques Trail not only guides our guests to the region’s best antiquing locales, but also introduces them to our rich state history, town centers, restaurants and attractions,” said Ed Dombroskas, director of the Eastern Regional Tourism District.
