NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Starting with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 29, Opry Mills plans to celebrate its reopening with much fanfare. A series of events will run through early May to commemorate the reopening.

“As the excitement for this milestone occasion builds, we continue to be amazed by the progress being made throughout the center,” said Jad Murphy, general manager for Opry Mills. “We anticipate a wonderful response from the local community as we will once again provide our loyal shoppers with the unparalleled fashion, fun and family entertainment that they expect from Opry Mills.”

Special promotions, giveaways and incentives will be available for Opry Mills’ first shoppers. Other live entertainment and family-friendly activities have been booked during the five-week celebration for Opry Mills’ Entertainment Stage.

New fashion retailers, including Coach Men, Guess, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren and New York and Company, will open their doors on March 29 with several savings opportunities. Familiar favorites of Opry Mills will also return, such as American Eagle Outfitters, Brooks Brothers Factory Store and Reebok Outlet Store. Five Opry Mills classics, Regal Cinemas Opry Mills Stadium 20, Dave and Busters, VF Outlet, Bass Pro Shops, and Sun and Ski Sport already opened in time for the 2011 holiday season.
