SALEM, Ohio — The BiG Travel Weekend planned by Boomers in Groups is shaping up as the go-to event of the year for group travel planners that are targeting the younger baby boomer market.
The current list of major national companies and destinations that have lined up to sponsor events at the BiG Travel Weekend includes Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Experience Columbus in Ohio, as well as international tour operators like Globus and Citslink. Seminars will focus on motorcoach charter safety and will be presented by the National Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
The conference will focus on its host city of Green Bay, Wisconsin, but more than 50 destination marketing organizations will be joining the 300 delegates in attendance.
