Be a Part of the 2019 Buyer’s Guide

The Group Travel Leader’s annual Industry Buyers Guide will be published in September and will examine key trends currently driving the industry.  Expanding use of free time on trips due to travelers’ desire for independence, the best ideas currently being used by affinity groups to re-generate their memberships, and the growing need for group leaders to create websites to brand themselves will all be examined.

“In terms of practical content for groups, this is always our biggest issue of the year,” said executive editor Brian Jewell.  “We interview the industry’s trade association CEOs, we talk to influential travel planners and tour operators, and we bring our best ideas to the table for examining group travel in the year ahead.”

Other topics to be explored for how they could potentially impact travel groups include ride-sharing programs, changing motorcoach driver regulations, low-cost international carriers, Brexit implications, and trends in hotel food and beverage services.  To see last year’s Buyer’s Guide click here.

“Our sales team is busy now taking orders for key positions in the Group Travel Industry Buyers Guide in September,” said sales and marketing director Kelly Tyner.  “Now is the time to reserve space in this annual favorite with travel planners across the country.”
